Potential first deal

Ok I have a potential first wholesale deal I found on zillow 3 bed 2 bath 1472 sqft The price is listed at 39k I offered 30k the zest image is 94k and the house was remodeled in 2008 but still needs a couple things I contacted the agent and they would like to write up an offer tomorrow so do I just bring my contract and purchase agreement with me I'm lost at this point
