Bandit Signs for Wholesalers

Hey BP community! In creating my advertisements via Craigslist and now working on bandit signs, I wanted to see if any wholesalers out there have suggestions for keywords or wording they have placed in ads that allowed for them to obtain leads from homeowners rather than other wholesalers! I am all for co-wholesaling and cooperative dealing of course, but I do wish to attract more attention from the homeowners rather than other wholesalers ideally. All advice is welcome and appreciated!
