Is it too late to use this list?

I was able to call my county and found that we can acquire the Tax Delinquent List.  The list is the 2015 year.  Should I use this list even though it is 2 years old and take the chance of wasting money?  I am new in wholesaling so ever bit of money counts at this time.  But I can say the list has 9,000 names.
