UNDER CONTRACT NO BUYERS
I am getting a little frustrated I have no problem getting a property under contract with enough juice in the glass for the Flipper or Landlord but I can never find a buyer to close the deal

What gives you the idea you are locking these deals at good prices if you consistently can't find buyers? Seems to me this fact is telling you the opposite. Real deals will go fast in this competitive market.
