Wholesaling And Or Wholesale Distributors

Hello ,

Has anyone here at BP ever dealt with or used on of these companies that has a large holding ( pool ) of houses , usually smaller and more economical in purchase price, in addition to requiring an considerable outlay of cash in repairs and rehab, and then charge a commission for the sale?

I am not referring to a realty or real estate firm , but these companies or more like wholesale outlets or " distributors" , so to speak.  The one company that comes to mind used to be called Home America ,  although I can no longer locate them through an internet search.
