Wholesaling Attorney Question

So I'm wholesaling a property with an out of state seller. I have the contracts written by my attorney, and I planned on faxing them to her to get her signature and then having it faxed back. The problem I've encountered is that she's given her attorney the power to sign the contract on her behalf and wants me to send it to him. Since I have a wholesaler friendly contract (assignable, has exit clauses) I think her lawyer would hesitate to sign it, or other problems could occur. Have I hit a snag here? Thanks in advance
