I'm looking to get a feel for what's going on in the Pittsburgh market from the side of wholesalers. I'm also trying to find out who are the more active and ethical wholesalers. I'm trying to understand the lay of the land on fix & flip and buy & holds in the area. Any general info from wholesalers is appreciated.
