Using Realtors when wholesaling

Hello everyone.  I am new to this forum/community and have a question regarding wholesaling.  I understand what it is / how it works but my question is why would an agent want to work with you if they know you are going to wholesale the property?  Is the buyer of the wholesale deal legally obligated to use the Realtor that was involved with the offer to get the property under contract in the first place or can they use a different Realtor if they want?  Also, do you have to use a Realtor to make an offer or is that a state specific law?  Thanks in advance for the comments / education!
