Called buy motivated seller but home is listed with agent.
I recived a call to my bandit sign from a very motivated seller. The home is listed with an agent but the buyer will sell for less than listed because he needs to move. How do I deal with the agent? My understanding is we may not have to work through him because the owner sold the property without him. How would you stucture your offer?
