Neighbor Scheduled for Auction
Hello BP Family,
Today is 3/8/17 and my neighbor is scheduled for auction on 4/4/17. Last week, I mailed her a letter offering assistance and letting her know that I am sorry about her situation. In it, I told that I am her neighbor who could pay her cash or provide other options and that wants to help. Needless to say, I haven’t gotten a call from her.
I am new at wholesaling and would really like your guidance. Any suggestions on how I can proceed from here? Thank you.
- A- neighborhood
- Retailing around 135k
- Recent upgrades throughout
- Hardwood floors
- Finished basement
- Beautiful landscaping
- Great school 3 blocks away
P.S. She doesn’t know it is me who sent the letter. She keeps to herself and is very private!
