My name is Raudel and I live in Edgewater nj, I'm looking for title companies that I could use for wholesaling homes, assignment of contract or double closings deals I've called about 30 title companies and they all tell me the same thing its illegal or I need a attorney. Can anybody recommend me a title company in Northern jersey and attorney if possible to wholesale deals thanks. :)
