Woodframe houses as investment

I wanted to ask opinions about buying a house constructed with woodframe and stucco finish. The house is in Florida and it's 125k with a section 8 tenant paying 1,500 per month. Is it a good investment or not because of the woodframe. Haven't done inspections yet but they said it has A new roof.
