Implications of getting licensed in CA and wholesaling
Hi everyone,
I've recently been considering getting licensed in the state of CA to help my wholesaling business in the following ways.
1. Access to better comps than what zillow and redfin provide. Which means more accurate ARVs!
2. The ability to offer sellers "option B" to list their home on the MLS if they don't like my cash offer.
I'm wondering if there could be negative consequences of wholesaling while licensed as an agent.
Would there be any conflict of interest or legal issues?
Do I need to mention that I'm an agent on my marketing?
Or maybe just partnering with an agent would be better?
Thanks for your input.
