Need a Realtors help so I can build my portfolio

I am looking to put offers in an entire zip code in my area. I want to give the listing agent more motivation by giving them the offer personally rather than go through another Realtor and having the commission split up. I plan on giving the offers via email but I'm having trouble getting down Realtors emails. Any advice on how I can get a hold of Realtors email of a specific listing?
