Hello all...

I was wondering if any of you could help me figure out how to obtain the probate lists in metro detroit. Specifically Macomb County. I have tried to go online and find them but I havent been able to figure it out. Would I have to go down to the clerks office in person? Or is there some online virtual assistant I could hire fir this? Or is there a way to see this information online? Any hell os appreciated.

I have a couple cash investors who want to buy and flip and the market here is hard to find good MLS deals. So I figured Id try direct mailings and bandit signs and see if i get any hits.

Any help is much appreciated...
