What state/county are best to wholesale in?
Hello everyone,
I wholesaled properties for about 1 year successfully 2 years ago. I have decided to make my comeback and can wholesale anywhere virtually. Since I've been out of the loop, I would like to know if any of you can advise me on what state/county to wholesale in. I know some places are better than others.
If any of you are a wholesaler and rehabber and want to network, pm me. I am pretty experienced and would love to learn from you as well as help you.
Thanks and looking forward to the responses here.
Sincerely,
George

I believe there are wholesale deals in just about every county in the US. When your talking about "virtual wholesaling" I guess you could just bid on REO's nationwide, assuming you had buyers in that area. I don't think it's practical to expect to find the type of deals your looking for on craigslist but every area is different so who knows.
IMO, there isn't one area that is the "best" in the country when it comes to wholesaling. Bottom line is you need to understand the market your working in to be able to spot deals FAST.
How are you planning on finding non MLS property when buying out of state? I see your in FL, aren't there good deals out there?
