Reverse Wholesale
What if I one of my buyers wants to buy a property from another wholesaler? Do I deserve any compensation for "hooking up" my buyer for the deal?

This is always a difficult one. The new investor/wholesaler should consider the profitability of networking.
If it was clear that he did not want your place, then networking with the other investor will gain you respect and bring future deals your way which is worth something in itself.
But all decent investors/wholesalers will compensate monetarily all sources that brought them business.
