how many deals can you do in 6 months?
I know, wide open question, but I would like to hear from others who wholesale deals they find on a "regular" basis. Ive got a few Im working on now, but Im trying to get a feel for how many I could manage to do in a a time period of 6 months. I use the time frame of 6 months instead of "monthly, because the market fluctuates and so does the effectiveness of your marketing and ability to find deals.
I guess, let me ask this a simpler way - is 4 deals something that is easy for you to find and do in a 6 month time frame? Im sure some will say they do that many in a month, and some might say they only did that many in a year. So lets hear it.

Randal, just starting out, 1 deal is all you need.
Don't focus on how many deals you should have, just make sure that the deals you do have, you give your sincere effort into completing them.
I'm back on the upswing from my little vacation of being lazy while starting up another venture, even then I was able to still close out several deals.
Just this morning, I was given 4 short sales by another BP member who connected me with an agent. So just for today, I've already got 4 more deals to add to the mix. Last week, I was given a handful as well. Six a month is a slow month for me but remember, I worked my @ss off to get to where I am now.
The true trick is to NOT worry how to manage it all yourself, but to manage how you outsource your time consuming efforts to someone else and focus on filling your pipeline. That's where you efforts and focus should be. Let others work for you instead of you working for you. Spend your time building your business instead of working your business.
Take these 4 new deals for example. They were given to me today. All I did was call the agent, introduce myself and welcome him to my team. From there, I will introduce him to other members of my team to help him and themselves make ME money. I will never actually work these deals myself, only work on increasing my business through the relationships that I create.
Once you understand that, the sky is the limit my friend.
