Hi I am new the the wholesaling game and needed to know what the rules were for flipping houses in Bradford,PA? The only thing I have come to find out is to stay away from it and before you pass on an "Assignment" you have to fix whatever violations. Can anyone help with the exact steps for wholesaling property in Bradford,PA?
