Who completes the purchase agreement? Wholesaler?

Good morning,

I'm about to get my first property under contract using  a North Carolina Standard 2-T form.  As the wholesaler, do I complete all the details? I'm not currently in the state and, so, I want to email it to the seller. I am new, and so, I welcome advice on how to proceed.

Thanks,

Nic
