Hello my name is Eric and I am currently In the Phoenix Arizona Market. I work with Institutional Note BUYERS that is interested in Seller Financed Private Mortgage Notes. What suggestions do you have as far as making contact with NOTE holders motivated to get a lump sum payment of cash for their future Mortgage payments.
What experiences have you had or know of.? Thank you.
