Possible deal near San Antonio, but need help!
Hi everyone,
I'm extremely new to wholesaling but I may have a deal on my hands. I met someone who is definitely motivated to sell (got a job in Houston but owned a home near San Antonio and is currently paying 2 mortgages which he told me he couldn't afford to keep doing) but I don't know any investors in that area to even shop the deal to. So far I know a grand total of 2 investors and neither are located in San Antonio. One is in Houston the other is in Louisiana. I really don't want to let this slip through my fingers because it would be a great start to my wholesaling business. If anyone can maybe point me in the right direction please let me know. Thanks for your time!
