Wholesaling Direct Mailing Advice
Hey wholesalers,
I am on the verge of sending out my first direct mail campaign to about 1500 people via post card and I am trying to determine what phrasing I should use on my postcards. Here is what I am considering:
Hello,
My name is John and I want to $Buy$ your house. Please give me a call at
Sincerely Yours,
John Foster
If anyone has phrasing that they have found to be particularly successful, please post! Also, any feedback on my phrasing is appreciated. Thanks!
