Wholesaling Contract in PA

Hey Everyone,

I'm wholesaling in the Pittsburgh area and was wondering if anyone had recommendations about what step in the wholesaling process to have an attorney look over the contract? Also, should the attorney be present at the closing? If anyone has recommendations for reputable Real Estate Attorneys in the Pittsburgh area, that would be great!

I'm just beginning my first round of direct mailing, so any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Ideally your paperwork is looked at by an attorney before you use it with any seller.

As a wholesaler, you don't need to worry much about the closing as you will be getting paid a release fee instead of closing on the agreement yourself. Buyer usually picks the closing company of their choice, though I would highly recommend to them that they use a closing company / closing attorney and not try to handle it without one.
