I was wondering what paper work would be used if i was going to wholesale someone else's wholesale.

I'm thinking an option but, not sure what the best method is.

If anyone has done this, please help... Thanks, Bill

Hi Bill,

If it's not an REO you can do a double assignment... have the wholesaler assign the original contract to you, and then you can assign it to your end buyer.

If it's an REO it gets more complicated.
