mail merge and mailing service for a direct mail campaign

what online service do you guys use for direct mail? I'd get list from listsource but what service do you use for actually mailing? And has anyone here use an online 

mail merge to use a template for everything else but merge name and property address?

I do it myself using MS Word. It does a great job of customizing the letters.
