Hey guys. I'm fairly new to real estate investment and am wanting to learn wholesale aspect of it. What is the best way for me increase my knowledge is this area? Are there specific videos/books that you guys recommend for a beginner? Is there a specific approach I should take learning this material and soon be able to start taking actions?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Anthony gave great info. Here's my input: There is a ton of FREE info in the forums, Google, and YouTube. Build your network. You'll need a realtor to run comps, title company familiar with wholesale deals, and a contractor to estimate repair cost until you are comfortable to do on own. My preference would be to get a deal first and market it via BP, craigslist, Zillow, etc. Everyone that contacts you for info on that deal is your "buyers list".

Good luck!
