WHOLESALE LEGAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED?

So I'm totally new at this whole real estate investing venture. I'm a Marine Corps. vet and am lucky enough to have the time and opportunity to dive into wholesaling full-time. I've set up craigslist ads and am thinking about getting leads from List Source. Just today, I received my bandit signs in the mail and am going to be putting them up shortly...My question is, besides the Purchase & Sell agreement and the Contract Assignment what other legal forms do I need both for the seller and the end buyer if any and where can I find these forms? Thanks guys, I appreciate the help...
