What is needed to successfully market an empty lot?

Been running across a lot if deals particularly with empty lots in an up and coming area. I recently bought some from auction. I've built on one but I want to wholesale a couple of them. I know how to market for SFH or Multi-family, but not an empty lot. How would I market for an empty lot for it to make sense to an investor, especially one that's looking into building?
