Dealing with contracts and closing

Hello fellow BP members,

I'm in need of some help. I have an awesome potential deal on my hands and must move quickly. However, I don't understand the mechanics of the wholesaling transaction. I'm currently getting the deal under contract using a TREC contract and I'm putting "and/or assigns" after my company name. I understand that next I should have my buyer sign assignment agreement? Do I put the amount I'm making on the assignment? I'm lost in this area. How do I receive my funds and close? What aspects of this process do I leave to the title company to handle? And should one feel okay to use the buyers title company in order to get a fast closing?

Thank you
