Double Assignment transactions.

Hello All, I'm trying to work out some procedures for a special tax situation that I have. I'm looking for clarification on what I think I can do which is that a purchase and sales agreement can be assigned multiple times? Example, I sign an agreement with a seller then assign that agreement to an LLC, situation changes and an end buyer shows up that I want to then assign the contract from the LLC to the end buyer. I see no reason this can't be done, has anyone else done this? I don't need to answer the "why", I have legit reasons for doing this and have met with CPA and Tax attorney. Thanks.
