Not sure how to figure rehab estimation
Hi, I am pretty new at all of this and am basically trying to get a better understanding of it overall. I've researched some into wholesaling. My question is about rehab costs. Since I personally do not have experience with estimating that, I would expect to bring in a contractor. However, I would assume that different contractors give varying prices. So do you bring in a couple different contractors to give their estimations and then average it out? Where do you find these contractors? And how broad of a rehab estimation range do you want ideally?
Thank you!
