Attorney help in IL...

Arrggghhh! So, apparently, IL is an attorney state, meanting that though I still have to close through a title company, my attorney must be present at the closing and must verify my contracts etc. etc. So, this is a two-tiered question.

1. What, if any, are the possible implications to my bottom line?
and the big numero
2. Does anyone know of a great IL attorney (Chicago s/sw burbs preferable) that is familiar with creative finance techniques, contract assignments, and double closing with the buyer's funds?

Any help would be very much appreciated...
