Double close on VA REO?

So I have a deal on a wholesale REO. Just found out today it's a VA loan and they don't use attorney's. I skimmed through the contract and I didn't see any language about flipping within a certain timeframe, or not being allowed to profit by x%. Anyone have experience with VA loans?
