Obtaining Liability Insurance

Hello everyone. I need some help hear in obtaining liability insurance for my wholesaling business. The agent I went through is telling me none of the companies will insure me because they believe I need a real estate license. I have consulted with both my attorney and others on the issue, and legally I do not need a license. Does anyone have any recommendations for carriers or how I should frame the functions of the business to the insurance agent? I don't think he has a clear picture of what we do. Thank you in advance!

Phil
