Phoenix Arizona Wholesaler!!

Hello, my name is eric wilkerson and i recently started a Llc to market homes for homeowners. I am currently in Phoenix Arizona but I successfully closed my first deal in Ecorse Michigan. The whole transaction was conducted through email between myself and the homeowner. I did not have to leave Phoenix to complete the transaction as I was paid an assignment fee for my role in the transfer. I did not have my llc at the time of closing even though best practice says I should've. The reason I was even looking out of town for a deal was because everyone in Phoenix kept asking for my business name and website. I couldn't provide it and lost potential sales. Now that I do have my llc, I am ready to start back in my backyard of Phoenix and see the response I get from home owners looking for a trustworthy option to advertise their home with. Can anyone give me advice on some things that work for you all, and also of any wholesale friendly buyer's or agents willing to share tips and experiences. Thank you.

Peace and empowerment.

Eric Wilkerson

Hi Eric Wilkerson , I am impressed by your long distance transaction. If you like to do wholesale, try to make a list of at least 100 genuine buyers. You will be surprised how difficult it may get to find that ready and availability flipper to buy your deal. So make sure to attend AZREIA, go to meetup.com, elevator pitch, and if you are good at it, start online campaign. I am down in tucson, but if you find good wholesale deal, put me down on your list.
