Hello All! I'm posting this question because at some point during my real estate career, I'll probably get involved in wholesaling and flipping houses. Plus, I'm planning on using my legal skills in the real estate game for others who need help as well. As such, I'm trying to get some good leads on highly recommended websites or services which provide title and lien search for low or no cost. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
