Using Tax Assessor as a benefit.

I recently saw on Bigger Pockets a idea to find people who owe taxes on there property from the county assessor's website, SO is there any people out there who do know of this trick and can help me figure out how to find the people with back taxes on the property?

The first thing you have to do is look for the counties tax deed auctions. As an example here in Orlando I look for the Orange Counties Tax Deed Auction. It gives me the assessors numeric code for the particular property. Then I have to go to another website that lists the properties. I enter in the numeric code and it gives the address of the property and also the owners name and address. Many times the address no longer works so I use beenverified.com (skip trace service) to find the owners current address, emails and phone numbers. Then I contact the owners before the auction about buying their house.
