Buyers List

Hey,

I am a relatively new wholesaler, I just sent out an enormous amount of hand written yellow letters to the Eastside of town. My question to experienced wholesalers in Cincinnati or in the Norther Kentucky area is how to create a extensive buyers list that you can trust/rely on and are ethical?

What stipulations do you have to weed out the wholesalers that give this strategy a bad name and ultimately work with people you trust?
