Us Lead List vs Listsource

I have already purchased a list from listsource. Resulted in some calls but no deal landed yet. Im considering purchasing another list but dont know if I should just purchase a bigger list on listsource or purchase an inheritance list from US Lead List. My plan is to wholesale a deal so any professional wholesalers. Your input is appreciated.

Us Lead List cost is about $400 for a list of 250 inherited houses. Mailing would cost about $125.

Listsource cost for a list of 1,000-2,000 is about $260-$330. Mailing would cost about $500-$1,000.

I can only afford one list for now. Just wondering which list would be more ideal.

Replied

If you are starting, you'd do better with a clearly motivated seller.

Most probates are not motivated (a dirty little secret).

Those who are motivated are tired landlords in foreclosure. It isn't very complicated. They hate tenants, toilets, agents and attorneys.

Your job is to make a connection, develop a relationship, demonstrate that you are trustworthy and show them a path to a better way to benefit from relief or any remaining equity.
