Wholesaling REO's..

Hello, I have a couple questions on wholesaling REO's. First question is are you able to put a inspection clause for 7 days or so or will that be a deal breaker? Also, is it best to make a offer with the listing agent or is it ok to buy through a realtor partner of mine. Any suggestions or advice would be great. Thank you again and for all the help so far.
