Finding property data.
Where are the best public places (websites) to find information such as :
- Names and Phone Numbers of property owners - Amount of Equity in their residential property - Purchase history
- Liens - Taxes, etc.
I know there's a lot a data mining software out there for a price. I imagine most of these get their information from various public records. What .gov and .org, etc. sites do Real Estate Investors use? THANKS!!

I use realtytrac.com to get property info in one place and I pay $49.95 a month. I use beenverified.com to get the most recent mailing address of the owner, emails and phone numbers for $34,95 a month.
