Out of state investors-I am local to Atlanta GA
Hey Guys,
I am in the Atlanta Georgia area. As a beginner in the wholesaling business, I want to try to target out of state buyers. I think these investors are solid because they are usually serious and know what they want 'numbers wise."
Does anyone currently from the Atlanta area work out of state buyers?
What are some good tips on dealing with them?
