Beginning wholesaling

hello, I am 22 yrs old just got my real estate lic. In July. I haven't started working for any type of broker yet, I want to begin wholesaling properties so I can start embarking on my entrepreneurship. So question is where do I begin ? Where do I go to find an investor to work with ? I want to start but don't know where to start

Congrats! I'm not sure about the law in Florida, but you can be an agent with a broker and still wholesale. Be an agent to fund your investments. Remember when they call D'andre the agent, you are obligated to be an agent. If you find an off market property and a seller calls you, you can either be an agent or a wholesaler. 

Here's a couple things you should do:

1. Get your purchase agreement contracts ready
2. Go to local meetups
3. Set aside an account for a marketing campaign
4. Structure a deal when the time is right.
