Seeking info and multifamily in Long Beach

Hello everyone. My name is Tanisha Quilter. I am interested in learning more about REI in multifamily and possibly flipping down the line.

I own a condo in Inglewood, but, I am currently seeking a duplex or triplex in Long Beach to purchase. It’s been a bit of a challenge, because I’m not very familiar with Long Beach. I am interested in learning as much as I can and my long-term plans is to begin purchasing a new property every year or so and find out other areas I can purchase in.

Also, I keep reading the post here and everyone uses the term wholesaling. What does that mean?
