Help finding the owner of property in self directed IRA

I have been driving for dollars for a few weeks and have found a house that I cant find the owner. When I look at the county tax assessors page it says that a self directed IRA owns the house. I tried to google the number that is associated with the IRA but nothing.

You won't be able to find the actual owner because the IRA company won't give it to you.
