Anyone know if there is any specific fronts id need to cover when wholesaling a large (commercial) property in the neighborhood of 1-2k acres? Property is not commercial by any means but a deal of this size is considered commercial by everyone from surveyors to lenders and investors. I already have a verbal commitment and a email. Just need to get some documentation over on Monday. Being a off market deal there is no competition so I'm not worried! Im looking to whole sale the deal but I'm acting as more of a consultant and any number above a specific figure goes to me. I'm not sure if anyone has any advice? new to a deal of this magnitude and i want to approach it correctly without violating any laws or wordings that would cross the line of illegally brokering the deal etc, etc!....I may be in the wrong section...if so Im sorry!
