Having 2 different web sites for buyers and sellers

HI Guys, Would you suggest having 2 different web sites? One for buyers in wholesaling and One for the sellers side? I want to be fair and honest always. I heard from others that is a good idea. Any thoughts on what you all have done? We are also in commercial real  estate and retail. Need to be able to add all to my site or sites!! Thanks again
