Need Asbury NJ Investor-Friendly Title Company for double close

Can anyone recommend an Investor-Friendly Title Company for Asbury Park NJ area or Monmouth County? It must be a title company that will do a double close. This means that a property will be bought and closed on with cash funds from the B Buyer (the A-B transaction). Immediately thereafter on that same day, there will be a second closing on that same property, where the B Buyer will be selling to the C Buyer (the B-C transaction).
