back to back closing question
Back-to-back closings typically are A-B-B-C, and B component is usually a wholesaler.
The scenario: I have the end buyer C on an REO property, wholesaler B has to close on the A-B transaction before reselling to C. Its my deal but buyer C requires all purchases and payments to be on the HUD-1, or whatever its called now.
So it looks like for me to be paid by end buyer C and appear on the Hud-1, I would have to get in contract with B, the wholesaler, assign that contract to end buyer C after the A-B closing in order to meet their protocol that all purchases and payments appear on the HUD-1. Am i thinking correctly?
Has any one been involved in this type of scenario?
